📄️ Shipping
Shipping is managed in two places in the dashboard. Shipping Settings is where you set your warehouse address, create shipping zones with rates, set a free shipping threshold, and define your return policy. Shipping Providers is where you connect carrier accounts (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL Express, Shiprocket, Delhivery, and more) for live rates at checkout, shipping labels, and automatic tracking updates. Together, these settings decide which shipping options your customers see and how much they pay.

📄️ Reviews
The Reviews page is where you manage the ratings and reviews customers leave on your products. New reviews arrive as "Pending" and are not shown on your store until you approve them. From this page you can read each review, approve it, reject it, or delete it.
📄️ Email
Ecomplify can send automatic emails for you — order confirmations to your customers, and daily summaries to you. Two pages control this: Email Provider Settings (how emails are sent) and Email Templates (what the emails say). This page explains both.
📄️ Abrechnung & Tarife
Im Bereich Abrechnung verwalten Sie Ihren Ecomplify-Tarif, bezahlen Rechnungen und laden AI-Guthaben auf. Ecomplify ist für immer kostenlos — wenn eine Testphase oder ein bezahlter Tarif endet, läuft Ihr Shop im Free-Tarif weiter. Ein Upgrade schaltet mehr Funktionen frei; nichts, was Sie hier tun, kann Ihren Shop offline nehmen.
📄️ Your Account
Your Ecomplify account is separate from your shops — it is the login you use to access the dashboard. Two pages manage it: My Profile (your personal details, password and account deletion) and Active Sessions (the devices you are logged in on).
📄️ Recent Activities
A record of who changed what in your shop. Useful when something looks different and you need to know who changed it, or when a staff member asks what happened to a product.

Jeder Ecomplify-Storefront verfügt über integrierte Datenschutz-Tools: ein Cookie-Einwilligungsbanner, ein Tracking, das die Entscheidungen der Besucher respektiert, und Self-Service-Seiten, auf denen Kunden ihre Daten herunterladen oder löschen können. Alles auf dieser Seite geschieht automatisch — es funktioniert mit jedem Theme, ohne dass etwas aktiviert werden muss.
